Works well, heat deflector gets loose from wind

Easy to assemble and works well, as advertised. Plenty of heat. Unfortunately a winter of winds causes screws to loosen on heat deflector but is manageable.

Exceeds expectations

Beautiful to look at. Excellent heat. Perfect for any outdoor party. We purchased this item for an Christmas outdoor cocktail party and were not disappointed. Easy to put together, and we were all toasty whilst it snowed around us.

Easy Assembly - Just Take Your Time

No parts were missing. The directions were easy to follow and before I knew it my heater was completely assembled. I installed the propane tank and lit the burner without issue.

Quick and easy to assemble and use

Right out of the box, the process to assemble the patio heater was easy and clear. The instructions and illustrations provided are simple. There was only one tricky part—that even the instructions indicated would take time—putting together the reflector pieces, but it worked. I purchased a propane tank (the sand for the base) from a local hardware store, got everything set up, and now I can enjoy my heated patio area. And it looks really nice!

Great heater to help use the deck earlier in the spring and later in the fall

It's a great heater that allows us to warm our friends on those chilly nights, on the deck. The only suggestions I would make involve the assembly instructions. I would screw the upper post to the lower post after sliding the tank housing on. And the instructions for the reflector panels and center cap should be re-written. But the unit works great!

Quality patio heater that looks and works great!

sturdy, well built heater that looks and works great. Easy to install (1 hour). I thought it was a small unit but pleasantly surprised to find it was a tall (6 feet plus), impressive looking apparatus. Would highly recommend.

I selected this item for my 25 yr service award because we love to sit outside and this will allow us to sit outside well into fall. I love the look and it puts out a lot of heat. Can't wait to get more use out of it.

Great addition to our outdoor patio!

We are so please with this outdoor patio heater! It was easy to assemble. It actually extends our outdoor time by providing warmth on those cool nights that we would otherwise come inside for. The Chestnut color blended well with our decoration theme. Our friends just bought one too for their patio because they liked ours so well. It was reasonably priced as well. It has wheels to help you move it from one area to another area with a struggle.

Excellent Heat Output and Wonderful Look

This patio heater has a nice finish and was easy to assemble with the instructions that are provided. The push button starter and adjustable heat knob make it simple to use. It gives off excellent warmth and is easy to move around the patio. A propane tank lasts about 8 to 10 hours when at the medium to high range for me.

Solid heater, good price

Bought this heater for nights out on the patio. Assembly took about 90 min, mostly to ensure the steps led to a completed product, so pretty basic assembly. All parts were in the box, nothing broken or damaged in shipping. Lit on the first try, be careful not to just turn the gas on full blast, as it needs to be adjusted to about 3/4 in order to work effectively.

Very nice deck heater

Easy to understand assembly instructions. I liked that the small parts were in a blister pack and clearly labeled. It took a little longer to assemble as I lubricated screws that were not subject to heat and applied teflon tape the the support tube in case I had to make repairs. the heater fired up pretty quickly and put out a significant amount of heat. I'm sure we will enjoy this on cool evenings when we are out on the deck.
