These Feuerhand lanterns are extremely durable and offer higher weather resistance than other lanterns They are an ideal choice for the outdoors. Thermal heat-resistant SUPRAX globes will not crack, even when touched by rain or snow. Specially developed burner element prevents flickering and sooting from the flame. 3.5 candlepower of light (1/2" flat wick). Special sealing inside tank prevents leakage. Holds enough fuel for up to 20 hours of light (11.5 oz). Dimensions: 10"H, 1-1/4 lb. 100% made in Germany. Note: Recommended for outdoor use only.

Love the Feuerhand Lantern from Germany - Silver Galvanized

The oil lamp is perfect. I took it right out into the cold wind blowing weather to do chores, there was plenty of light and it was convenient and easy to carry. The lamp came well packaged. I purchase the Alladin Lamp Fuel of which I am well pleased with it's perfomance. The lamp is sturdy and built to last. A great purchase for longevity and functionality, I will buy more for home and as gifts. You will love it.

Non-Functional Lantern

The lantern we received has several manufacturing defects-- two of which make it non-functional. The arm to lift the globe and the cap to refill the oil are both painted shut. There are also several unpainted spots. I would love to include pictures, but the review isn't letting me. The low quality in this lamp is appalling, especially for nearly $80 with shipping. Never buy anything from this company.

Feuerhand Galvanized Lanterns

I absolutely love this lantern and will be ordering at least one more. The maximum amount of time I've had it burning so far has been 3 to 4 hours. It produces a very nice and consistent flame that has so far been totally unaffected by an breeze, but I have not used it yet in heavier winds. I was also impressed with how much fuel remained in the tank after the few times I've used it. I am very pleased. Oh, and the packaging it arrived in was top notch!

Quality

I have not used my lamp yet, although I did pour in some fuel and light it. It’s beautiful. I love quality. if I’m going to spend my money on an item that I need to depend on I want ot to be a quality item. This item is definitely quality.

I'm very pleased with the Feuerhand lantern I ordered from you! There is one thing I'd like to bring to your attention, though. I ordered a glass globe for the Feuerhand and a packet of 1/2" wicks, too. When I got the order, the globe was in the shipping box, but instead of a packet of wicks, there was a box of storm proof matches. I didn't order the matches and would like to have the wicks I ordered. If you would kindly send the wicks I'd be glad to pay for the matches. The order number was, LWEB1173877. Thank you.
