The new product was only 1/3 full when I picked it up from the store. I waited 15 minutes in the car for the drive up order. Had to go into the store to pick up the order. When asking the employee why it took long they were unprofessional. I tried to calling the store 3 times but no answer. Would not recommend this store drive up for any of your shopping.

Surprisingly potent!
This scent is very potent. If it’s in a bathroom or small bedroom, the room will be filled with the scent very quickly (and stay that way for a while). It can be jarring to see the liquid decrease so much so quickly, but it’s because of how it’s designed to diffuse. The scent might be off-putting for some people. For me, it smells strongly of cherry cough syrup. I was expecting something more like the old body spray from B&BW, and it’s definitely not that! I got more used to the scent and it doesn’t smell quite as medicinal to me now, but it was disappointing and off-putting at first. Overall, I do like this product, but I’m going to get a different scent in the future.

No strong smell
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After testing this out in a fairly small space, it made me realize they meant SMALL. I had it sitting on my enclosed staircase which isn’t huge. Every time I went up or down the steps, I just didn’t smell it unless I was holding it in front of my face. Plus it’s one time use so didn’t really feel like it was worth my money to use but again. At this point invest in the candle or large spray if you are interested in the scent.
