Q: My main question so how to return this to the store when it won’t fit back in the box? I am fearful that it won’t rise to its full 5 inches. If that would be the case I’d have to return it.

It’s a decent mattress. I let it sit out the plastic upside down 24 hrs then I believe 8 hours right side up. Then used it. Firmed up. It’s pretty firm for foam. You might need a soft squish topper.

Good for bunk beds

After I let the bed sit out for about 48 hours, it came into the full size. Fits perfectly into bunk beds. Pretty comfy if you like soft beds.
