Don't waste you money
Difficult to see the VERY SMALL screen. It’s also very dark. I would expect higher quality from FAO SCHWARZ. This was a gift. We RETURNED IT. Sounds good in product description but it’s not.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really wanted to love this toy, but it turned out to be pretty disappointing. While the design looks cute and the concept is great, the actual functionality isn’t what I expected. The screen is very basic and hard to read, and the sound quality isn’t clear at all — it’s hard for kids to understand what it’s saying. The “64 activities” advertised don’t feel very engaging or educational; most of them repeat the same types of questions, and the buttons can be a bit unresponsive. It also doesn’t hold kids’ attention for long, even though it looks fun at first. I like that it’s battery operated and portable, but overall, it feels more like a toy from the early 2000s than a modern learning laptop. My child lost interest quickly, so I wouldn’t recommend it for the price.

The swivel screen is a great feature and makes it feel more like a real computer and then rotating it and making into a tablet. The buttons are colorful, easy with sounds and fun lights keeping the kids engaged. It is lightweight and sturdy. It also has volume control. This is a great toy for pre schoolers. It’s a great balance between entertainment and early learning!!

It has a very dull picture - no color. Also, you can’t control the sound and it’s loud. It is light weight, so perfect for a child. It is also battery powered, so be prepared to replace them or buy lasting ones. In contrast, I did appreciate the educational content. A great alternative to today’s iPads and tablets, which often lead to junk videos.
