FAO Schwarz Disney Princess Toy Vending Machine

We wanted to love this so much, but unfortunately there’s not much to love. The balls are incredibly hard to open, the toys are painted poorly, and the toy character pieces fall apart with light play. We’ve had the head fall off of two and the base fall off of one. I just don’t recommend.

They’re a bit hard to open, but once inside they contain the cutest mini figures! It’s a surprise every time, and still so much fun for hours of endless play

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was the best addition to our routine with our 3 year old daughter. We use the prizes for good behavior such as sleeping through the night, etc. it’s something she looks forward to each morning if she slept well. She is soooo excited to see which princess she gets. They’re a great size for her to play with as well in her little play castle. I uploaded a photo compared to her Moana tonie for size comparison. She likes the surprise of turning the circle to see which color ball and which princess she gets. My only two criticisms are that the balls are very hard to open, impossible to open especially for a child. I can’t even do it and have to ask my husband. I’m also bummed that Tiana’s head broke off. It was hard to fix and took a couple of tries with superglue and my toddler was upset but thank goodness we fixed it! Overall this is a great product though and my daughter is very happy!

A fun toy and the princesses are so cute! Our only issue is that for some reason the princesses heads break off SO easily :( very disappointing

The toy vending is a super fun concept for kids but the toys inside are very cheap and broke almost immediately—some heads fell off and some torsos fell off but nonetheless the toys are garbage that just ends up getting tossed in garbage shortly after buying. This was a gift “Santa” brought my kids so we're going to keep it but I wish I hadn't wasted the money.

Absolutely impossible to open the balls. So disappointing to my daughter because there was no way she could do it herself, as I couldn’t do it without using a knife.

Hours of fun- bought it more for the continued fun than the figures as they do not last…

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The toy vending machine is so fun! Each ball had a Disney character in it. It’s very durable and easy for kids to use. You can pack back up the figurines for future use. It all fits in the machine with ease.

Quality is nice, thick plastic, works well. My daughter loved the surprises. It’s a shame we can’t just buy the balls to refill. She wants more to collect but I’m not going to buy another vending machine to try to collect them all.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Disney Princess themed Vending Machine by FAO Schwarz Throwback Toys is adorable! It looks and operates like a real vending machine and the bright pink color and gold accents make it extra special. It is easy to use by simply turning the dial and, after a few turns, a ball drops that contains a mini Disney Princess figurine. Each ball contains a different figurine with some being rarer than others. I feel like the balls could be reused after they are opened and filled with other small toys or candy to keep the fun going. The recommended age is 3+ and that is appropriate. I recommend!

My 6 year old daughter received one for Christmas and loves it. She got an ultra rare and rare one and couldn’t be more excited! I only wish there was an option to just buy the balls separately to refill the vending machine! We want more but not thrilled that you have to buy a whole new vending machine( a waste) since we don’t need two. Apart from that, it was fun watching her open them and seeing which princess she got. We are going to use the vending machine as an award system. Fill the balls up with other items to open when she reaches her goals

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The FAO Schwarz Toy Vending Machine was enjoyed greatly by my children... because what child does not love getting a cute new toy with a flip of a switch? The product is smaller in size but still very cute and my kids had fun taking turns getting different toys, playing with the Disney figurines, packing them up and doing it all over again, They even switched out the Disney toys with their old tiny toys and had the toy dish out those too. Since the figures are rather small, I wouldn't recommend for young toddlers and babies, as it could definetaly be a choking hazard, but for 4 year olds and above, it is tons of fun!

This is such a great idea for all Disney Princess lovers. The price seems fair for what it is. My sister said it is well made and works as expected.

I received a broken plastic framing for the castle. I was not happy about it. I did not have the time to check the items when I went to pick it up.

my 3 year old old loves these little machines in the store she is obsessed with this one
