We're so sorry to hear that you're having a hard time opening the seal. We suggest using a "book hinge" snapping motion, with both hands moving in the same direction at the same time. In fact, the easiest way to snap the cup is to push both split cups all the way together. That one bend is forceful enough to split the cups apart in one motion. Then locate and grasp the tab, and pull the tab straight up to open it.
