Worst customer service
All my items were supposed to be delivered today.Boot ranch store had them in stock.They changed the delivery date until January 3rd due to bad weather.They said the delay was with UPS.I looked up items.They were coming from FedEx.No bad weather.I am in Florida.Supervisor Paulo was rude and not at all helpful.

Fancy feast Gems are cool
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I gave my cat's these. I had to unfortunately smash and cut it up because it wasn't that much in each pack. They really seemed to love it, which is a good thing. Only thing I didn't like about it was the amount in eat serving. It's ok if you have 4, one per cat but trying to split 2 up between 4 cat's is kind of mind blowing. Lol. I would buy these if they made packs of 4 or more but the cats loved it.

Our picky eater really likes these!

She chowed down on that pyramid! Sometimes she will only like something for the first try. I just gave her the second one and she loved it just as much as the first. I only gave 4 stars because there have been things that she has devoured more, but this is up there with her top favs now.
