smaller than expected

too small for 18 pairs of shoes unless all kids shoes. lip in shelf makes it nearly impossible to fit shoes 3 pairs across. limiting capacity. adult sneakers only fit with middle shelf removed, again limiting capacity. shelves are too short for average men's shoes. at least I was able to return it.
