Q: Can I lay my back on top of the pad vs having to lay on my stomach and place the pad on my back?

A: This heating pad can technically be used underneath your body, but we do not recommend this on the highest setting. At this level, the surface temperature can reach 150°F, which most people would find quite hot. For your safety and comfort, we advise against lying directly on it for extended periods, especially at high heat. Please always refer to the safety guidelines in the product manual for proper use.
