A+ Stroller, Car Seat FAIL
I love the ease of travel with this set. The stroller has great suspension, is easily maneuverable, is easy to fold and unfold, and is lightweight. The bassinet attachment could have more padding, but my baby is comfortable enough to fall asleep in it. I also love how easy it is to switch it to a rumble seat or swap it out for the car seat. The under storage is so spacious, I can easily use it for a smaller grocery run. As for the car seat, i love that it rotates and installation is a breeze. However, I am not happy with the upright positioning, especially given that there is no head/neck support other than the shoulder straps, even with the newborn insert. This is my first child, so i didn’t realize at first how unsupportive it is, but now when i see other car seats i notice there is a HUGE difference in the amount of cushioning around the head and neck. This is disappointing and I am thinking this may be largely contributing to my baby’s loud disdain for car rides. I am going to try borrowing a friend’s infant seat to see if my baby seems more comfortable, but I think I already know the answer…. Stroller gets an A+, but the car seat gets a D- (the installation, base, and rotation save it from totally failing).

Says the carrier is up to 30 pounds, but my baby is only 14 and barely fit in the car seat. Also if you have a small car this car seat nearly reaches the top of the car even when turned, I had to tilt her seat to be able to lock it in. Then I wasn't able to reach her because she was so high up. I had a lot better expectations but this is the second travel system I've bought, the first being Graco and the base would quite literally move no matter how tight you had it. Please always make sure you baby is safe and comfortable.

Seat is not comfortable
Horrible car seat. Had to return because my son was visibly sitting uncomfortably in the car seat. His head had no support. The entire seat is sat way too upright. I didn’t look at it in person before I bought it and I regret it. After returning it and looking in store at Target it is the only seat that is super straight up and not laid back. The toddler stroller also looks awkward. Save your money. We went with the Chicco Bravo and we love it. It is also cheaper than this system.

The system is beautiful and easy to use. The stroller is smooth and is easy to put in and out of the car. However, this seat itself is horrible for small newborns. They sit very upright and the padding doesn’t support their heads at all! I have tried to add inserts and unfortunately they don’t help that much.

Horrible car seat for an infant. The baby is visibly super uncomfortable when in the car. I emailed and got some tips but those didn’t help. An infant should not be in such an upright position.

Terrible for newborns support
This car seat specific is horrible for a newborn. There is ZERO support for their neck with the some what padding. . . my child has been having issues now with one side because of it. Ironically since this was purchased Target cleared ALL of the Evenflo models of this in store and no longer sell. Very nerve wrecking to see and I am looking to replace this.

Cheap and Not Sturdy
For the price I paid, I feel the quality should be better. The base rattles in the car. When the bassinet and car seat are connected to the stroller, it feels really wobbly. When my baby is sitting in the car seat, he is sitting straight up in his chest to chin. I took out the newborn headrest to help with this issue, but now I feel his head is not supported. The manual indicates the newborn inserts can be taken out at any time. I am really disappointed with this combo and wish I would have purchased something else.

Horrible and expensive
This is such a horrible car seat for a newborn the baby head is. It supported ever, as well as the bassinet is not able to sit up for a sitting baby. I’ve had this stroller for about four months and I hardly use the stroller which the tires are not worn out today it had a huge dent and I’m not able to replace the correct tire to it as it’s not listed on this website or any where else, I wish I could return this car seat and stroller, but I’m past my 90 days, just some information for anyone looking at this one in particular I recommend do not buy it, your better off with a very cheap one the money you spend is not what you get at all.

Decent travel system for the price, not perfect
Really liked this travel system for the price point. It had the features we were looking for, was extremely easy to install in the car, and simple to put together! That said, the carrier base rattles really badly in the car when the carrier isn’t in place (and yes, it’s installed correctly). Since I don’t always have the carrier with me, the noise can be frustrating. Unfortunately, there are no replacement bases in stock to try another one. As for the stroller, I love the idea of it being both a bassinet and a seat, but in practice neither position is especially comfortable or convenient. It rolls really smoothly on flat, indoor surfaces, but it’s not great on uneven terrain or rougher ground.

Loved this stroller until I noticed it is rusting already and we haven’t even been using it for 2 months, always kept inside. Very disappointed! Awaiting Evenflo response, hopefully they can resolve. I’ll update when I hear back!
