A: You must detach the wheels from the base if wanting to use stroller mode. The base does not get used when installing on aircraft, you would install the seat and wheels without the base.

Target terrible return process
I ordered this stroller online and wrong item. I received a car seat. I tried returning through the store and they tell me that I will have to return through online. Then why does app it give me option to return in store? Then I try to start return process online and it tells me product is not eligible to return????!!! So I get sent a wrong item and now I can’t return it??

Terrible product!
This stroller would be nice if it would come in and out of the base! After a few months of having it, it gets stuck taking the car seat out of the base without the wheels. Very heavy to carry with the wheels on. Feels like a cheap made product and won’t last long enough for one child. Tried contacting Evenflo support but they would only give 50% off the purchase of a new one but why would I buy another one if they’re so terrible!

Best carseat hands down during postpartum & healing , I loved it
I owned this car seat for 8 months. This car seat has been a lifesaver with its SensorSafe feature that connects to your phone. It comes with a cup holder, storage bag, and base. It has adjustable length & versatile, converting from a car seat to a stroller, and allows for extra growth room. Although my baby outgrew it quickly, it was a great investment. The only drawbacks are the lack of cushioning for baby's bottom once the infant insert is removed and limited washing options. I was only able to wash the shoulder pads, headrest pad, and bottom infant pad, everything else was wiped down. Yes it’s heavy. Yes it gets heavier as your baby grows, but think of it this way, you only lift to put the baby in & out. The stroller does the rest. I loved its features, especially the extra padding on the headrest and nice canopy cover, we’ve been rained on many times and the canopy surprisingly kept my baby dry. Despite these minor issues, it was a dream car seat during postpartum and healing.

Cute Yes! Worth the price no! Get bulky gets your car seat all dirty with the wheels. Also it's hard to Fold and put it back on the base with baby! I ended up hurting my wrist! I would recommend this for the first 2 months because after that not useful. Not worth the price.

Heavy & Clunky
I had my heart set on this car seat for some reason. My 5yo has sported an Evenflo revolve from birth so I wanted to stick with Evenflo. I love that they are offering a cheaper alternative to the Doona. However this car seat feels unfinished to me. Maybe I got a dud but it was very hard to fold the wheels up or down. When we could get it to un/fold the car seat would make jarring movements for the baby. It also sits at a very odd angle when setting it on the floor. The biggest con was the weight. With the wheels this thing is HEAVY to carry. There would be times where I need to carry the seat, not just use the stroller function. It’s a hefty unit even without a baby in it. Anyone but especial c-section mamas would struggle. I love that they made it so you can unclip it from the wheels as well, but at that point - why am I spending all this money on a stroller car seat anyways? I won’t be able to push a grocery cart and a stroller at the same time that’s for sure. On the plus side the strolling function itself was smooth and the handle bar extended high enough for someone 6’. I’m returning this Shyft DualRide and putting all my eggs in another basket with their Revolve 180 LiteMax NXT with sensor soothe. If you are SET on a stroller car seat this is a good cheaper option, just be aware that Doona has been doing it longer and their price tag matches their quality. I hope Evenflo comes back with an improved version!

I would rate this thing zero stars if I could, the stroller has never broken down right on mine it ends up doing it after fighting it for 20 min and jerking my son around when he’s sitting in it. And now it’s currently stuck in the base and will no release. Absolute waste of money

not great get a doona
so was great at first but now after use it seems wiggly and the straps are a pain in the butt to loosen and tighten I always have to wiggle back and forth to get my poor baby out. I definitely wish I would of just stuck with the doona. I also never detached the wheels so I don't think that perk is even that useful

Good until it wasn't.
After using this for 6 months I feel I can give this a pretty good review. If all you care about is the convenience of a 2 in 1, then you will like this product and should buy it. Otherwise, I've found the cons to outweigh this stroller hype and it just isn't worth it. First, if you're debating between the Doona and this, get this. The stroller actually detaches from the car seat which is a great feature to have. Another plus to this is how easy it is to go from car to stroller. For the first 6-8 weeks of our babies life it was a great feature. However, the more I used this I kind of regret buying it. It's HEAVY. I have a hard time lifting it in and out of the car (I'm short and have a tall SUV). I have also had many bruised, swollen shins. The wheels on this are small and get stuck in any type of crack/bump/hole in the pavement/sidewalks. I've almost tipped this over several times with baby in it (terrifying) and my shins bang right into the lower bar. Our baby is now 6 months, and this just is not practical anymore. I hate that there's no cupholder and that the storage is a removable bag. Our baby still fits in the carseat, but we are already having to look at forward facing strollers. Overall, I would not buy this again. Our Graco travel system lasted our first kid for almost 4 years. The fact this product is double the price and we're already having to look at a new stroller, I just can't recommend this to people. Don't get me wrong, this product was amazing for those first few months, but I preferred my Graco travel system in terms of cost and product longevity.

Worth the money
I purchased this carseat stroller combo since we are expecting our 3rd child. Our kids will be ages 4, 2, and newborn so I needed something a bit more travel friendly. It is a bit heavy and figuring out which lever to pull when will take some time but will be worth the money when the baby finally arrives. The carseat itself is manufactured well and appears that it will be super comfortable for baby.

This is the most unsafe carseat I’ve ever seen. The front strap hangs so long and it gets stuck in the stroller base which is a huge safety hazard. My child choked because the carseat wouldn’t click into the base for me to get the stroller base removed to release the strap. Would not recommend.

Great for taller parents too! The baby sits higher than the Doona and the handle is taller! Easy to grab and go everyday! And also amazaing for travel to not have to bring a car seat and a big stroller! Sensorsafe is amazing in Las Vegas for heat notifications! We get so many questions and compliments! Must have!

I like how cute and small it looks as a stroller carseat but it is heavy and feels like my baby wasn’t comfortable in it due to its shape its upright not like the Donna more wide and not so upright. I didn’t return it because of the style and the size. My baby still use it even at one year old he on the smaller size. If you want style its really cute

I did lots of research comparing this product to the popular Doona, and ultimately decided this one would be a much better fit for us. I saved my registry coupons and waited for the car seat sale so that I could get it at a steal! As much as I love this product, I still believe it's overpriced considering how long you get to use it and how cheap a few of the parts feel. The handlebar is rickety, the seat sometimes gets stuck in the retained stroller (which there's a trick for), and the canopy rubs up against the handle which can be annoying when you're carrying the seat. I also wish the fabric was lighter so it wouldn't get so hot in the car. At the end of the day, these are all minor complaints and I'd definitely repurchase. Our little ones run small so we are actually getting over a year out of our DualShyft. Our baby is actually going to age out of the limits via HEIGHT! It has fit her so comfortably and she barely ever complains about being in the car. I really feel like Evenflo has a nice bucket shake to their infant seats. It has been sooo convenient picking her big sister up from Pre-K! In and out without a hassle, and the wheels are very spinny so I can navigate tiny hallways and doorways with ease. It's fun actually! Oh and the bag you can attach is actually more useful than it looks. I've done a grocery run with it and put gallons down there along with other stuff. I do wish the instructions showed how to attach it properly though. It took me trial and error while struggling in public alongside my kids. I still haven't figured out how to attach the cupholder, but I simply don't care. My cups are too large most of the time anyway. Overall, I'm so happy to have this!
