My baby seemed more comfortable during and after feeds, the anti-colic feature really helps reduce gas and fussiness, which has made a noticeable difference in her mood. I also appreciate that it comes in a 3-pack, is perfect for rotating between feeds and reducing washing time. The silicone grips fit well in little hands as she’s starting to hold her own bottle!

Leaks and hard to read
The new design sucks! The bottles always leak and the molded measurements are difficult to read. I loved the previous bottles and have no idea why they messed with a good thing.

Hi Claire, we are glad you have enjoyed the Balance design and nipple. Yes, we have made some recent changes. It is important that you screw the cap ring on tightly with these new bottles. (the previous version was "just tight enough" but these bottles require more strength in tightening) Molded measurements were a purposeful change because they can't wear off. Holding the bottle in your hand so your fingers are behind the markings, or holding the bottle against a dark surface (like a cupboard) will make the measurements easier to read. The neck is wide and makes for easy pour into the bottle, the cap is extremely helpful when your hands are full, and all the pieces are easy to clean and store. I will say only downside is the weight of the glass, which is obviously very nice and I’m not afraid of it breaking etc, but it is quite heavy and a bit hard to hold. Otherwise a perfect product in my eyes, as we prefer to keep plastic out of the house, especially anything that we warm. Incredibly stable and quality though. Huge fan of the product.

We thought we were buying another version of the even Flo bottles which we generally like because of the wide nipple. But these bottles that say "leak proof" leak all the time. Also the numbers of ounces are unreadable. Make sure you get the balance +, which are apparently different than these.

Hi Lucas, "Balance" and "Balance +" are the same. We recently updated the glass bottles to have molded measurements (rather than printed) to increase the longevity of the bottle. Leaky
I’m not sure if it’s just the set I got, but the threading on either the bottle or the collar does not always grab correctly causing milk to leak. Precious milk you worked really hard for. I’d say 1 out of 5 times this happens if you’re not super careful. Sometimes you’re rushing to feed baby, you put the bottle together and then it leaks, drives me nuts. The glass is heavier than Dr Brown’s, but it’s nice that there are less parts to wash.

These are high quality eco friendly glass bottles . I love the thickness of the glass yet the right weight for babies to hold . Holds up to 6 fl oz .Definitely leak proof but I wouldn't say the nipples replicate a breast very well the nipple is a bit harder than I would like and it is too wide for a newborn in my opinion. Flat lids for individual purchase available to store snacks or extra drinks..

Great bottle!
These glass bottles are awesome. I have dropped them very often and haven't had one break. My breastfed son loves them. I like that they come with slow flow nipples and that you can buy medium and fast flow nipples separately. The nipples will collapse if the vent on the bottle is not open or if the lid is on too tight, make sure you read the instructions about venting the nipple.

Glass bottles for baby
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The nipples on these bottles were great for my combo-fed baby. It made an easy transition from breast to bottle. The nipple being inserted from the top was a learning curve. You have to pinch the vent in order to ensure proper venting. I haven’t noticed a difference in fussiness in my baby so I’m not sure if the anti-colic effect is working. These bottles are great for those already used to glass bottles.

The glass quality is excellent completely BPA free, very sturdy, and you can feel the difference compared to plastic bottles. They also handle temperature changes really well, which makes warming milk or using a bottle sterilizer super easy without worrying about warping or odors. One of the biggest highlights for me is the nipple design. It’s soft, flexible, and shaped to promote a very natural feeding experience. My baby transitioned to these bottles with zero issues, and feeding has been so much smoother since. The anti-colic airflow also helps prevent discomfort, which is a huge plus.
