Featuring an elegant dupioni faux silk fabric with a raw slub texture, Evelina Faux Dupioni Silk Extreme 100% Blackout Back Tab Curtains provide the ultimate in light blocking technology to keep out even the harshest of light while adding opulent radiance to any room of your home. Sun Zero Extreme Blackout Thermal Lining is laboratory tested to block out 100% of light, reduce outside noise by up to 30%, and decrease energy lost through your windows by up to 40%. Comfort is optimized with thermal properties that help keep summer heat and winter chill out of your home. Built-in hidden back tabs allow for easy slide-through installation on curtain rods up to 1.5" in diameter. Hang in your entertainment room to eliminate screen glare and reduce distracting outside noise, or in your bedroom for enhanced privacy and a sounder, more uninterrupted sleep. Q: What is the best way to remove the packing wrinkles and creases? I washed them on gentle cycle, hung them while damp and now there more wrinkles. They are a wrinkled mess.

    Great quality and fully blocks light

    These curtains are great quality and fully blocks out light. I compared them with other curtains that claimed to be fully blackout and these were the only ones that truly were. The fabric has a nice silk look to it. I wish they had magnetic closure because it is tricky to keep them shut in the middle, there are gaps where sun comes through. They do need to be ironed when taken out of the package, but it’s worth it!

    They are great at blocking light

    Best thing: they really keep light out, navy color is great too. Not great: when they are up, they looked super wrinkled. Also, you'll definitely have light coming through above the drape/rod, no getting around that. There's no advice included on how to remove the wrinkles. Someone said they used a steamer but it made theirs worse. Won't try. The pleats are nice but why do they get inverted 1/2 way down the drape? Looks sloppy. Wish they came in shorter size. Way too long for shorter window.

    Fabulous, beautiful curtains!

    I love these curtains! The color, the weight, the lovely sheen of the fabric that looks so high-end in daylight and by lamplight! I can’t say enough good about them. A tad tricky to iron - but use a no-steam setting in the synthetic fabric range of your iron and you’ll get great results. They even seem to muffle outdoor sounds when they’re closed! I also loved the pearl white color, but the gray suited my decor even better! And they are a great value for the money!
