This chair is not properly balanced and is not great for even the smalled recline. The split back does not adjust well and does not return back to its orginal position easily.

The chair arrived within 3 days. When I got stuck during assembly, their support team responded in 20 minutes – not only walked me through the tricky steps but also sent a step-by-step video. Now that it's set up properly, the lumbar support feels just right. A positive experience overall.

Upgrading from a single-back chair to this dual-backrest model was eye-opening. The vertical adjustment range lets my wife (5'2") and I (6'1") use the same chair without resetting anything – just slide the backrest to our preferred height before sitting. Finally, proper lumbar support that adapts to different body types during work hours.

After Three months workdays, the cushioning hasn't sagged at all. What really holds up are the adjustments – every lever still moves smoothly without sticking. The casters glide quietly on hardwood floors too. For the price point, the build quality exceeds what I expected from an ergonomic chair.

My buddy suggested this chair after using it for 6 months. After a week of remote work, I agree – the cushioning keeps me comfortable through back-to-back Zoom meetings, and the lumbar support actually aligns with my lower back naturally. If they offered additional color options like navy or brown, it’d be perfect for my home office aesthetics.

I bought this model to put in my wife and I's study room. Because we have different body shapes, the chairs I bought before were not suitable for my wife. The backrest of this model can be adjusted up and down. Haha, it was well praised by my wife.

I placed the order because of its appearance at first. After it arrived, the overall sitting feeling and comfort were very good. To be honest, this was a bit beyond my expectations. The overall shopping experience was very good

I chose the Light-Gray model. Different from most black office chairs, it looks good and makes my office no longer accompanied by dull black. In short, this office chair really exceeded my expectations.

This office chair is amazing. Takes a little getting used to as it actually helps with posture. Chair is extremely comfortable and helps eliminate fatigue from sitting too long. My legs used to go to sleep in my old office chair while sitting most of the day for work. I do not experience this at all with this chair. Would highly recommend especially for the price. One of the best chairs I've owned!

I have been working from home for 4 years. This is the third chair I have purchased and feel very comfortable in saying this will be the last one I will need. I LOVE everything thing about it.

Comfortable, supportive, with so many adjustment options for different work circumstances. And the full lie back option is perfect for mini breaks, or listening to audio. I love it and it works beautifully with my Eureka desk.

Having to sit in front of a computer all day, I've had a difficult time finding a good chair that doesn't aggravate my bad back. It wasn't until I bought this chair that I noticed it has excellent back support. The lumbar support fits nicely and provides a nice firm support.

I have to sit a lot for my work and I had previously tried every expensive ergonomic chair out there, along with all kinds of props, cushions, lifts, footrests, etc. and this is the only one that has worked for me. I feel like the circulation to my legs is better also. One of the other reviewers said that it 'forces you to have good posture'. I have found that to be a true statement. Another reviewer said 'It feels like angels holding your back in the right position' or something like that. I have found that to also be a true statement. It is the closest thing I have found to be zero gravity and impact on my back after sitting at the computer for hours.

Well l have gone through 10 different chairs as I have chronic Sciatica. The support that this Flex chair provides for your lower back has been the best support I have had from a chair. It actually lifts the lower back as you sit so as to relieve pressure on your lower back. Of course with chronic pain, no chair is is going to be absolutely perfect. But, the Eureka Flex Chair has been the best investment for me. I am glad, though reluctantly, made the purchase.

The idea behind the flex chair is neat, however the OC10 is rather uncomfortable. The 2 halves that make up the back support dig into the spine area and do not support the my back without putting little wood blocks into the flexible back support mounts. The seat is comfortable but is too shallow for my medium build. I do appreciate the 3D armrests.

The chair has plenty of adjustment and does a great job supporting your back without putting pressure on your spine. I use the headrest most like a neck rest as it pushes your head a bit more forward than is natural. Overall, a great chair for people with back issues.

I never believe in writing reviews because I feel that nothing has ever deserved that type of follow up action, after all, the company already took my money. This is not the case here, this chair is a game changer and I do feel the need to tell everyone how good it is. The dual back rest provides so much comfortability and support in any seating position. Lean left, lean right, lean back, lean forward, either way, this chair feels good at all angles. I have always dreamt of having a chair that hugs my back perfectly and with this chair I am able to experience that.

Before my review, I would like to first tell you that I'm a computer scientist with a hobby in gaming; I am glued in front of my desk the whole day. I've tried multiple types of chairs, ranging from gaming chairs to office mesh chairs. And I am confident enough to say that this chair wins them all for the following reasons. This chair's dual-cushion design provides a comfortable and supportive experience for the back. The conventional chairs that have a single back cushion can only support so much, as it is not flexible enough since it's a single panel. I can feel the cushion supporting my whole back perfectly, and it feels like there's no stress in the back at all. This is one thing that I truly believe makes this chair stand out apart from the other chairs out there (especially for this price); this chair offers flexibility to customize like no other. Having armrests that can tilt inwards/outwards on top of the conventional forward/backward and upward/downward adjustments truly makes it easy for me to set up my chair in the position that I like it. Being able to control how sensitive/firm you can lean back onto the chair also is a plus, since it's not always the case that you can lean back into your chair if you are a bit lightweight. Overall, I hope this review helps others make their final decision on purchasing this chair. For those that have been searching for a chair that's worth the investment, I would put this on my recommendation list.
