Needs more vacuum head options
I’m happy with the filter and the noise level of this vacuum, but I need more compatible accessories. The head does not work well with my flat carpets and I would like something softer for my floors. Where can I get compatible accessories for this vacuum?

Great suction
Bought within the last month and appreciate having a vacuum with a bag again to contain some of the dust. Just wish the floor device was an old-fashioned double motor roller so I didn’t have to keep my Dyson around too…..still have high enough carpets it’s needed for the pet hair.

This Baby Sucks...in the best way possible.
It took me a while to make up my mind, but I finally settled on this model, and I couldn't be happier with my first canister vacuum. It's light weight, has surprisingly great suction for the wattage, and I'm blown away how quiet it is, you can hardly tell it's running, especially compared to my old ear splitting upright.

This might damage my floors
This is a disappointment. It is heavy and the floor attachment is a very rough plastic. There is no soft brush attachment for my hardwoods so I ordered a separate one and it does not fit.

Great vacuum
Vacuum has good suction, but dusting brush and upholstery brush could be a little bigger. Floor brush is great for carpet and floors and I am finally able to vacuum under some furniture. Have not tried the turbo brush for cleaning pet hair off upholstery.

So quiet and no more winding and unwinding cords!
I had an upright vacuum that had a very short hose, a tedious extension cord winding process and made a lot of noise. My new NEN170 Canister Vacuum not only has a long hose, so I can easily vacuum window sills but it is so silent I can listen to my radio while vacuuming! And the built-in cord pulls out as needed, enough so I can vacuum my whole small apartment without having to plug in somewhere else. There is a white mark on the cord to let me know when I'm nearing the end of its reach. But even better, no more tedious winding the cord! I just unplug it and step on the rewind button. The cord instantly retracts into the vacuum. This feature alone will make you happy every time you use this! This vacuum has just a few flaws. The brush attachment swivels around, as it is a 2-piece part. I think it just just be a one-piece. As I try to get into those cracks between the sofa cushions it keeps swiveling out of place. And the whole vacuum, when I'm not using it, doesn't just tuck or fold up. The hose doesn't retract, so I shorten the metal wand and put it in the slot at the back of the unit. This create a big footprint for the unit, measuring 3 feet long by 3 feet high. Would be nice if the hose could be shortened when not needed and the unit could maybe be hung upright. but I just keep it out of the way. This is a small price to pay for the quietest vacuum I've ever owned.
