Damaged. Missing pieces. Can't reach customer service. Awful experience.

If I could rate this as a zero I would. This item was purchased for my son as a gift for his move into a new house. The table was never received even though it says delivered, he only received the chairs. He started to put together the chairs in hopes the table would show up. At least one of the seats is ripped and 3 out of 4 chair legs are scuffed or damaged. Trying to get ahold of anyone at the CS number listed is impossible as the number goes directly to a strange message that The “number isn’t accepting calls right now.” I’ve provided screen shots of all the information I have yet they can’t find the correct order number. I don’t know how to go about getting this corrected.

Poor quality control - arrived with a rip in one of the seats

For the price, I was expecting better quality. I have similar patio chairs from Target that I bought years ago that have held up well and are very comfortable, but these are a completely different material that looks and feels like plastic, and, as you can see from photo, one arrived torn so I question the durability of this set.

Disappointed

Item arrived quickly in 2 large boxes. One of the holes that holds the back of the chair on was stripped. The table, upon opening the box and removing the bubble wrap was RUSTED. Horrible quality for the item being “new”. Returned to the store immediately.
