Great buy
Just ordered my second one. Perfect support for working from home. Feels nice. First one has a bit of a squeak after a week of use but I’ll get some wd40 to it once it starts to drive me insane. Very nice office chair.

Nice chair
This chair is everything I wanted at a good price. The neck pillow isn't as nice as the picture shows, because it isn't stable. It wobbles all over the place with no way to tighten the straps, but that's minor. Overall, this is a nice chair.

GREAT GAMING CHAIR
This was a gift for my son and he absolutely loved it! He was able to put the chair together all on his own with little to no issues at all. And a bonus that I missed when ordering it - the chair has a massage function! He couldn't believe it and was super thrilled! It's a very comfortable chair for a 6'4" teenager. Great customer service and delivery. Highly recommend this chair.

Got defected items but good after service.
First when I got this chair, they were defected like broken parts and ripped parts. I was quite frustrated and wrote a review about this. Then seller contacted me through email, asked the details, and offered replacement. They were being very kind and nice. Normally other product sellers just contacts customer with auto mail but this one was actual a person. Talked few times in text and they were willingly to give a replacement.

Large seat, the massage cushion is actually quite nifty. I hook a power bank up and will last for a few hours . Do not grab or move by the arms, I did this and it ripped an arm out. Still functions fine just does not lock as well. They send a replacement part promptly. The leg rest is ok but i am 6 foot and 260 pounds no cant use it much, but again still a nice feature considering the same chair is selling for more without the leg rest and massage cushion

Amazing Chair
The support is absolutely amazing, the back massager is beyond amazing and the overall comfortability is onpar. As someone with extremely bad back and hip issues this was the first time in years I was able to sit at a desk comfortability, which is important because I play for long hours at a time. The price is extremely good for this product. I definitely recommend this chair and couldn't be happier.

The chair is very sturdy and was easy to assemble. We had it put together within 20 minutes. This was worth every penny, and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. This is definitely a step up from my last chair!
