I use it 6 days a week . . .

I use it 6 days a week for benching 300+ and squatting it always feel extremely solid. It handles being dumped, etc. Can't complain about anything!

THE BEST BUDGET BARBELL OUT THERE

If you just keep your eye on this item you can find massive deals. You can't expect too much out of barbell. it might chip the paint on your weights, but it works. The knurl feels great and overall it does the basics without any problem .

The knurling feels great, grippy

I have been weight training since 1986. The knurling feels great, but not too aggressive. The center knurling helps to keep the bar in place during squats. I love the amount of whip & spin. This is my primary bar and deadlifts, presses and curls.

Great Value

The knurling is thick and The downers are that the bar seems to flex a bit with anything over 315lbs but wasn't noticeable when I had 455 on. Seems to handle 500+ deadlifts very well but be prepared to pull as there is virtually zero whip in this bar compared to the more expensive counterparts. For the price per performance though I give this 5 stars.

Well made bar!!

The packaging was torn open on both ends but the bar itself sustained no damage. I love the knurling which adds to my comfort level because of the non slip grip it provides and makes it so easy to find the middle of the bar for a balanced lift. Great value for the money
