Take care of your teeth!

Xylitol is healthy for your teeth. My husband likes this brand because it is most cost effective. I personally use Swanson xylitol crystals. I put a spoonful in my mouth, swish it until dissolved and keep it in my mouth for awhile. Excellent for enamel. I don't swallow it, though. Once a year when I have my teeth cleaned, the hygienist always mentions that I have hardly any plaque. It is because of the xylitol!

My new favorite mints!

I was looking for some good mints that are not as strong as Altoids but still get the job done to freshen your breath and have no sugar. These are perfect! Great to carry with me wherever I go.

These peppermints are very good for you, no added calcium, which sometimes stops digestion in me and no sugar. Thank you Swansons for having this product.
