not completely effective

Living on a lake we are innundated with geese and their offspring. They make a huge mess in the yard. I sprinkled this product as outlined in the directions but it does not seem to have completely deterred the geese. The directions say requires repeated applications to be effective so I will keep putting it down to see if actually is a deterrent
