A: Hi davbrie! Do not mix our products with boiling water because it may cause clumping or separation. Also, some nutrients are heat-sensitive and can be destroyed if mixed with hot water. Do not boil our products before or after preparation as this can cause a decrease in the amount of some nutrients. Generally, cool tap water is fine to use for formula preparation unless you have specific concerns about the safety of the water in your area. A: Our Enfamil NeuroPro Gentlease has approximately 1/5 the lactose of a full-lactose, routine, milk-based infant formula. It may be helpful to infants with short-term or partial lactose intolerance without completely removing lactose from the diet. I hope this information helps! ~Kate

For more information visit Enfamil.com/nonGMO ). Enfamil Gentlease does not have the prebiotic and some of the ingredients may be from genetically engineered sources.
