  • A: I bought this lamp a year ago, and the switch is a round large button designed to be on the floor, next to the lamp stand. You can step on it to turn it on, or push down the button with your hand.

Nice lamp.

It was difficult to get the base of the lamp out of the packaging, but other than that it was easy to set up. It has a bolt on the under side of the base and a little wrench to tighten it. The lamp shade moves in all directions- up and down and side to side. it's a regular copper color- not the browner color shown in the picture. Would recommend. .

Cool, midmod task light.

Nice quality for the price. Easy assembly. Only negatives are that it only has a foot control, so not so easy to turn on/off if behind a piece of furniture; and the top portion of tubing had a slightly different sheen than the portion it attached to. But not super noticeable - so basically happy with the purchase.
