I like your 64 oz. stainless steel jug. I have bought several & have ordered some replacement lids. Can I get additional straw tips? Not the actual straw, but the silicon tip that connects straw to my mouth. . .

I’ve tried plenty of water bottles before and they either don’t hold up or don’t have the type of lid and straw that I like. Ello hits all the marks for me and my family.

This jug keeps my water cold all day and it so convenient to carry around and drink from. A favorite among all the cups I've used so far.

Okay, but still needs improvements.
I love the size of this water bottle & that it’s insulated, but not long after I bought it, the handle broke so I don’t use it as much as I’d like, it’s also difficult to open at times. I see there are replacement spouts, but it’s frustrating that thats the only thing I need and I would have to pay an additional fee for shipping when it seems like a manufacturer issue.

Broken already
The handle broke within a week & then the cover over the spout broke as well. Both are plastic! The water bottle itself works well but not without a handle & cover for a 10 yr old going to soccer practice!

Condensation with cold water
I bought this in the winter and it was ok for a while but now it sweats. The entire bottle sweats and needs to be wiped down repeatedly. It kept ice water cold for about an hour in the summer months and maybe 3 hours in the winter.

It leaks
It's not leak proof. Its difficult to drive with because it doesn't fit in a holder so when it falls, it leaks on the seat/floor.

Good product.
I filled it with ice, filled it with water, and there was still ice in it over 56hrs later. I've held it by the ring, swung it, and smashed it on curbs in Anchorage. I saw a 4Runner drive over this thing. No dents. Nothing's broke. Objectively, keeps cold things cold, keeps warm things warm, good outside surface for stickers.

MOLD ON SILICON SIPPER
I used this bottle just for a few months and soon noticed black spots on the sipper of the bottle. I clean my bottle everyday and dry it properly but the mold won't come off! I do not recommend buying this product

Junk
This bottle was good for about a day. Then the handle popped off. Nbd, I just popped the handle into place. Except the handle kept popping out on a daily basis. Then it broke completely. Shortly after the mouthpiece lid broke off too. So now I had a non functioning water bottle, as it leaked terribly without the mouthpiece covering. Had to switch back to my regular 32 oz bottle. Don't buy this piece of junk.
