Wrong description for picture

Heavy fabric, nice print and would like to have what was described, but have to return. The picture is NOT a tailored valance. I relied on the description, not the picture, but I was wrong to do so. Will have to buy another based on a picture of a blue "scalloped" valance which shows a tailored, regardless of what description says. If that is wrong, will find somewhere else to buy. Should not have to keep ordering in guessing game fashion. Or should I just buy eveeything they have and return wrong items.
