Ella with 1 Camera

This is our 5th monitor for 3 children. I wish we found it first, great picture, great battery, great value. I also really like the carrying case.

We've been using the monitor and the cameras for almost a month now and we love it! The sound and image quality is amazing and it's really simple to switch from one camera to another or to see both cameras at the same time. And so far, the battery lasts way longer than the one in our previous monitor.

Our Levana Lila that we purchased from about 10 years ago broke after our fourth was born. My husband purchased a monitor from another company. I realized pretty quickly that I didn't like it very much. I really missed the voice activation feature where the monitor stays off until the camera picks up noise. I do not like white noise, so I needed to turn the monitor volume down halfway. It wasn't loud enough for me to wake up at times, so we purchased the Levana Ella recently to replace it. It works just as I remembered, and I go to sleep easily and wake up when I need to. I only wish there was an option to have more than two cameras connected to the monitor.

I bought this to replace my Mila camera since it was finally failing after 4 years. I picked the Ella because I looked pretty much identical to my Mila. Unfortunately they’ve “upgraded” it and changed how it works. The time to video is way less responsive and the new interface I think is way more awkward. Whenever I change my settings to voice off it always sets some sequence mode. It’s super annoying. The lack of responsiveness in the video is really why I’m giving a 3 stars since it makes the monitor less effective than it used to be.

I've had 3 kids and gone through so many different monitors and brands. This is the first one I am trying that isn't online so I don't have to worry about hacking of any sort! The monitor has such an amazing battery life, I can go overnight without having to leave it plugged in. The distance I can take my monitor is very impressive I can go a good 4 houses down before disconnecting! Very impressed, I'll definitely be buying a second monitor for the playroom

The image quality is absolutely amazing! There are so many settings to choose from, making finding the right setting for the right situation easy. There are also many feature options to use with your little one - lullabies, soothing sounds, and the ability to speak back and forth with them without having to enter their room. The cameras pan and tilt smoothly and quietly, and the luxurious carrying case is perfect for storage or travel! It's easy to switch between multiple cameras on the monitor. The monitor is sleek and sturdy, and the battery life is terrific no matter what mode you use.

I love the colour scheme of the monitor so far with the gray on white. Love everything about it except a few things. I wished the zoom button didnt change from the one button ordeal. Now, you have to keep pressing to zoom once. And repeat the process to continue zooming further. Its now a button shared with the back button so if you press it simply once, it takes you back to the setting. In my opinion, I use the zoom more often and would like the quick one press to be the zoom while the other longer press to be back instead. Sometimes the audio plays when the screen is turned off/black. Its a little bizarre but otherwise functions like a dream and the quality/resolution is great. Just like the original one. Functionality, usability and reliability is through the roof. I always recommend levana to people. Its just so easy to use.
