    LOVE THESE!

    I LOVE these pumpkin seeds! I have to really watch how much I eat every day because I could eat two bags a day! They are sooooo good. Salty but not too much salt. Crunchy which is satisfying and fresh fresh FRESH! I had ordered a case of them to take with me for snacking while traveling in Mexico. Of course that plan went by the wayside with the virus so I have plenty to snack on between regular meals. I highly recommend these. I think even your kids will like them!

    Be Careful: These are addictive!

    I never thought I liked pumpkin seeds - till I tried these. I was just trying to get more zinc and L-Tryptophan in my diet, but these are actually pretty delicious.

    I really enjoy pumpkin seeds, but it's hard to find dry roasted organic seeds. I really enjoy the flavor of Eden Foods Pumpkin Seeds. They are a great and tasty alternative to chips for snacking!

    INSANELY good!!!! I love pumpkin seeds and have tried just about every brand on the market. Some are good, some ok, and some are way too dry or salty. These however, are dry roasted to perfection and just lightly salted. They are also shelled which was a surprise. I love the shells, but these are perfect the way they are. Price was a great deal as well. If you like pumpkin seeds, these are a must to try. Even if you prefer your seeds and nuts raw, you will enjoy these! Thanks to Swanson for offering them!!!
