butter? beans

This is not what I was expecting. In my experience, butter beans are the great big, velvety textured giant lima beans. Love them but they are hard to find. These were little bitty baby limas and, to me, they did not have much flavor. Not what I had hoped for.

The BPA free can attracted me to Eden. The quality of the product keeps me there. It is an easy organic protein sidedish. I add 1/2 tsp of Himalayan salt to a can.

Tasty and Versatile Food

These are called butter beans for a reason: a smooth and buttery taste. These beans can be eaten out of the can, used in salads,soups, mashed for a side dish, incorporated into Mexican food for a different twist,etc. Eden uses NO BPA for can lining which further enhances the benefit of this organic food.
