Q: What is the correct depth of this shelving unit? Under "Highlights" in the description it says the depth is 12.5" but right below that ("Specifications") it gives it as 11.75", as does the photo.

Satey issue

I am not understanding how this product is safe for kids. Kids climb and pull on stuff and there is nothing to anchor it to the wall. I will have to return because of this safety issue

4 hours to put together, terrible directions!

Extremely difficult to put together. It took me 4 hours to do it and that was with another person. Ridiculous! The directions were terrible! The end product looks like the pics online but wow, should’ve hired someone to do this. What a waste of my time! :$

Really solid constructed piece...

This bookshelf was worth every penny. Solid construction, easy to assemble, and can be flipped on either end to display toys, books, and other items. We love that the edges are rounded so little ones don't get hurt on corners. This should last us for years to come. Glad we made the investment.

Great shelf

Great unit, arrived quickly, just a few minor scratches. It was easy to put together for two people. Very sturdy, spacious. The only thing that bothers me is the strong smell. That's the reason for taking one star down.
