A: Hi there! Our bags are not biodegradable and, since there's no way to know what conditions they'll end up in, we couldn't say what happens once they reach the landfill. This is ultimately why we decided to focus on using 65% certified post-consumer recycled plastic, allowing us to have a more measurable impact by give a second life to more than 5 million pounds of landfill-bound plastic every year. Q: Would these bags be suitable for Composting along with food compost, for next year's vegetable plants/soil?

A: These bags are not compostable but contain an additive that allows them to break down and should be disposed of in your trash bin. If composting is your goal, our light green compostable bags may be great! They can go into your backyard compost if you're not using the by-product on any edible gardens. They're made up of a blend of PBAT (degradable bioplastic) and vegetable starches, and if your city accepts pet waste in their composting facility, these are good to go!

A: Our bags have a nifty additive that breaks down the bag in a landfill setting and turns whatever is left into tiny amounts of carbon dioxide, water and biomass. So you can rest assured that any Earth Rated bag you buy will break down!

Who knew there were good and bad poop bags? These are great!
These bags have one job, and they do it well. We had another poop bag that looked very similar that was made of cornstarch. I couldn’t figure out why one holder had good bags, and the other holder we have (on the poop machine’s leash) was getting holes with every single bag. It was so bad that we just threw the others in the trash. I always thought poop bags were all the same, but these are now the only ones I’ll ever buy.

Dislike the new handles
I do not like the new design. Bags now have handles. I have a large dog. Large droppings are more difficult to pick up with a bag that now has less coverage of my hand due to the handles. Other than that, these have been our favorite bags.

I am SO glad we found this because I always seem to forget to buy more bags and with this many I will be set for a long time to come! The box they're in is great to store the ones I'm not ready to use yet, and the way they're so easily right here makes it easy to grab a new roll whenever I need one. I love Earth Rated products for my pets and am thrilled to have this many bags on hand!! I know I will definitely use them all -- the quality is phenomenal and these are my go-to poop bags for my dogs and my cats! Great quality bags
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve used a lot of dog waste bags as a dog owner the last 20 years. These bags are great quality! Not cheap and thin like others I’ve used in the past. I keep a roll in my purse, in my van and in my dogs vest. The longer length makes it easier to clean up dog poop and avoid any contact. There’s always plenty of room at the top for a clean tie up. I also love that the roll tells me when it’s running low, so there’s no surprises or a chance of running out while out. These have come in handy for stinky diapers and wet kid clothes on the go as well! I’d recommend these to anyone with a dog! So convenient to have on hand. Perfect for long walks!

These lavender scented poop bags for my puppy has been my first choice when going on walks with him or at the dog park. They smell amazing and do such a good job of masking the smell! A big issue I find is having to walk with the bag for long durations and it starts to smell. These are the perfect size, perfect to refill any container, and are very sturdy as well. I highly recommend this brand!

Great Scent for Stinky Pick-Ups!
