Uses

Uses Helps prevent sunburn If used as directed with other sun protection measures (see Directions) decreases the risk of skin cancer and early skin aging caused by the sun.

Directions

Directions Apply liberally 15 minutes before sun exposure. Reapply at least every 2 hours. Use water resistant sunscreen if swimming or sweating. Sun Protection Measures: Spending time in the sun increases your risk of skin cancer and early skin aging. To decrease this risk, regularly use sunscreen with a Broad Spectrum SPF value of 15 or higher and other sun protection measures including: limit time in sun, especially from 10 a.m.- 2 p.m., wear long-sleeved shirts, pants, hats and sunglasses. Children under 6 months of age: ask a doctor.

    I used this and it was very thick and oily. Did not absorb well. Then after a couple of hours of wear, it caused my face to become very itchy and red. I immediately washed my face and it’s still super itchy and red. Ended up having to throw it away. Sucks that I paid for this product but couldn’t use it. It’s awful. I love all things elf, but I can’t use any of their spf products, which is weird because I can use from other brands like Olay and Nuetrogena that contain spf and they don’t cause this issue.

    Sensitive skin girlies beware. This burned my face and took a while to restore my barrier. I couldn’t tolerate anything (not even products meant to restore your barrier) after I used this. I’ve never had a reaction like this to an SPF mineral or chemical.

    allergic reaction

    I was so excited for this product, as it's convenient, but unfortunately I break out in very itchy hives on my face, neck, and chest when I use it. I even stopped using it for a while then reintroduced it to make sure it was this product, and the hives came back. I've never had an allergic reaction to a skin care product before so I'm not exactly sure what ingredient caused it, but I'm bummed about it!
