Defective?
I have this but in another shade. It is a little too dark for me and I've since learned that my skin is a neutral undertone. So I got the lightest fair *neutral* (00) and it has bright RED glitter in it. The red particles are not as finely milled as the highlighter shimmer that I expected. It is basically a red highlighter. And when I put it on it kind of just looks like I messed up my eye makeup and smeared it all over. Really sucks bc returning/ exchanging would probably be a lot of trouble.
