I bought this on a whim because it was a great price and I thought it would be fun and festive for the Christmas and NYE holiday. It’s lightweight but doesn’t flake off into my eyes like other shimmery eye shadows I have used. Got lots of compliments and I plan to get other shades. I used a small brush to apply it which works well and was easy to control.

Great shimmer, but flakes easily
I applied this shimmer eyeshadow using a brush several times. It flakes easily with application and is difficult to remove. It was visible on my cheeks and temples. I did not use a primer. But didn’t expect it to be so powdery.

I used this for our Christmas party and got a lot of compliments on how pretty it is as a highlighter on my eyes. It can be used by itself but I used it as a highligther on my smokey eye make up and it really popped up. Easy to blend and apply as well and long lasting.

Lackluster bronze “glitter”
This glitter shadow is very lackluster. It went on powdery, even when applied wet and dry. The shimmer is powdery, not metallic and the glitter is so faint you can only see it in some low lighting. I would not recommend, get the colourpop or UD one instead.

Expected More Shimmer
I was so excited to try out this new shimmer eyeshadow, I am obsessed with anything glitter and sparkly. I first tried to use this on top of my primed eyes but I didn’t get much pigment out of the pan to notice on my eyes, then the second attempt to see this eyeshadow color I had a base under with similar colors- a neutral brown and wanted to add the Shimmer Shade on top but again it wasn’t as pigmented or shimmery on my eyes. I was hoping for better formula that allowed the pigment to show. Will keep trying to make the product show better, since it is a beautiful color.

Item received for free in exchange for honest review. I have the shade certified platinum, it's a completely neutral white glitter topper. I found I have to use both sticky eye primer and spraying my brush with setting spray to avoid fallout. The performance is suitable for the price.

I received this Elf Fine As Fleck Glitter Eyeshadow from BzzAgent for my honest review and thoughts on the product. The glitter blend built well upon my already present eyeshadow. I received this Elf Fine As Fleck Glitter Eyeshadow from BzzAgent for my honest yet thorough review. Absolutely stunning color! Blends nicely and buildable. Very pigmented and shinny. Love Elf products but this was my first time using a elf eyeshadow. Love this fine as Fleck glitter shade and saw so many other beautiful shade and I can't wait to try them all. Price point is excellent especially for how pigmented and how easy it is to blend, this eyeshadow is just as well made as the other brands I've got that cost triple the price or more.

Love these!
I purchased a couple of the new shades Hisbiscus and certified platinum. Hibiscus is a lovely peachy pink! And the platinum has gorgeous clear glitter. Both are very versatile,and I love using these toppers over matte eyeshadow! I find that using my favorite e.l.f lock it down eyeshadow primer before applying eyeshadow or topper greatly helps to prevent any fallout. Totally recommend these!!

Fun, Buildable Glitter With Multi-Use Glow!
I received this product for free from BzzAgent and e.l.f. Cosmetics in exchange for my honest review. I really enjoyed trying out the Fine as Fleck Glitter Eyeshadow in Hypebiscus! The shade is gorgeous and gives such a fun sparkle. I did find that the color payoff is more subtle at first, so it works best when built up in a couple of layers. One thing to note: without an eye primer, I experienced quite a bit of fallout, so I definitely recommend pairing it with a primer to help the glitter stay in place and really pop. Compared to other glitter shadows I’ve tried, this one feels lightweight and comfortable—no gritty texture—and once primed, the fallout is much more controlled. I also love how versatile it is! I even used it as a cheek highlighter for the Sabrina Carpenter concert I went to, and it gave the prettiest shimmer under the lights. ✨️ I can see myself reaching for this again, and I would buy it in more shades. I’d recommend it to anyone who wants a fun, buildable glitter that works for both everyday sparkle and special events.
