Absolute garbage. Didn't even work the very first time we used it. We keep getting an error message saying the paper is jammed or empty (it is not... again, brand new cartridge inserted correctly without any jams)

Batteries is not included
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like this label maker. I have tried a few in the past and this is by far the easiest one to use. One negative is that it did not come with its own batteries. So you have to purchase those separately. But not having to plug in a cord helps to make it portable. I like that you can use different fonts and add pictures and icons. And the sticker paper is easy to use.

Awesome, easy-to-use label printer!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thank you DYMO & Influenster for sending this for free in exchange for my honest review! I love this label maker! It’s very compact and lightweight. Cordless, so easy to move around from room to room. It does require batteries. Very simple and clean design; there’s just one button to turn it on/off, and the label making takes place in the corresponding app. There are some fun design options like borders and fonts in the app (one option shown in my photo), but it is limited to 1-2 lines of text stacked (due to the size of the labels). I was initially a little nervous about this requiring the usage of the app, and I expected there to be connectivity issues, but I’ve been pleasantly surprised and it has had no issues communicating with the printer. I definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a simple label printer to help organize their space. I’m excited to continue using this!

Smooth printing capability

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pretty decent little device. The app is easy to navigate and use. Seamlessly connects and prints the label quickly. Only concern I have is with the label paper. Doesn’t seem to stick the best to shiny folders or plastic. It will start to curl up on the ends.

Worth it!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Setup was the easiest thing! The Bluetooth projection was very simple and convenient. The machine required 4 batteries but that wasn’t too bad. Printing was a breeze and had so many templates to be able to chose from! This would be amazing for families with young children!!

I wouldn’t spend money on this
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so excited to receive this product and was very disappointed. I followed all set up instructions and the product refused to function as intended. I referred to The set up guide that was included in the box as well as referring to their website, but the online support was just as unhelpful as what was in the box. As you can see in the video I held down the power button as a reset and it’s supposed to spit out a special code and the wheel just spins, and the tape does not get dispensed. I reached out to their support explaining that this was a free product from influenster as they needed a proof of purchase in order to send a new one… I reached out to influenster and received no response. After multiple times trying to fix it on my own , I FINALLY got it working , but the app is very not intuitive to use. I prefer the old fashion label makers that have a keyboard and size reference guide.

Easy and convenient!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Dymo LetraTag label maker is a super easy and convenient tool to have around the house. Set up takes only a couple of minutes (insert batteries, insert label cassette, download app), and it’s ready to use. The app itself is also easy to use. I like the various design options available such as borders and icons to really customize your labels. These will come in handy for organizing all our seasonal decor as well as other clothing and toys in storage. I also like that it’s portable. There’s no cords or wired to worry about, and it’s small enough to be packed in my purse or work bag. Great investment!
