For the price It's okay but I ended up return it and I'll tell you why. It's very large and hard to transport in a car. We had to drop the seats down in our SUV. In a grocery store or smooth paved floor the chair worked a charm but the moment you took it outside it was horrible. We made the mistake of trying to go around our neighborhood on the side walks. ANY little deviation in height was painful for me and nearly impossible for my husband pushing me. Very quickly this chair becomes uncomfortable on your booty. I'd recommend a pad of some sort if you plan to sit in this more than ~30 minutes. Finally (and the biggest reason we returned) the wheel locks are nearly impossible to use. The quality seems good for the price but functionally I think spending a little more for safety and comfort is worth it.

This is a very nice chair with a great price specially for people on a lower budget.
