It was NOT aligned right! I really need this thing and to get it and for it to be manufactured so badly is horrible! I thought that because it was from the company DRIVE that I could trust them since I have the larger shower chair by them and it has been great but now I’m looking to get a smaller one…BUYER BEWARE DO NOT BUY THIS CHAIR!!

The chair was so great when I first got it, and it made a huge difference. But in less than two months, it's warped to the point of being unsafe despite me following all the care instructions and using it properly. The legs have done some weird thing where they've splayed out and warped in ways that make the chair unstable, leaving me constantly sliding off when I use it and worrying that it will completely bend underneath me while I'm on it. I'm fat, but my weight is within the limits of the chair's support limits according to the product description which I made sure if before I bought it. Extremely disappointed and pretty upset that I had to order a different chair in June to replace this that I had bought in April. Highly recommend avoiding this chair if you're fat and have mobility issues/disabilities. It's not worth having to replace it later.

Sturdy and it doesn't go together in a way were screws will go through the seat which was a problem with the last two shower chairs I had and why they had to be replaced. It's Grey and I think the color is going to look better over time also. I like that it doesn't feel like you're going to fall over and the seat is extra big. I tried using a shower stool and I always felt like I was going to fall.

I have to return this. It does not sit level at all. Cheaply made leg design.

Every time I used this chair the legs bent. It is rated for 400 lbs. I am 200lbs. I feel this chair is an accident waiting to happen

Had a small issue with mine, called support and the issue was immediately corrected.

Ordered this chair at the suggestion of my OT following hip replacement surgery. It was here sooner that they said! Assembly was easy enough and chair fits perfectly into my shower. Now I am all set for safe showering. I think I'll keep on using it, just so I can relax while I get clean.

In the last 9 month since i started using the shower benches i have had trouble with the rubber footings spliting open. The first one i had was one a friend had given to me i wasnt sure of the weight limit at first cuz i didnt really pay much attention to it. About 2 months in it felt like the leg on the right side front was bending and causing me to lean right which scared me. So my dr ordered me a new one only to my surprise was the same one. I looked on the leg and it said max weight was 400 lbs of which i am not close too. So i checked the old one as well and it also says max 400 lbs. i used the new one and to my surprise after about 3 weeks the rubber footings have begun to all split one by one. I have replaced 4 rubber footings already in 9 months and do not feel safe on any of these shower benches. How can u fix this issue?

Seat is broken. I would like to change the seat of my bath chair but I need the seat part. Life warranty is offered for this product. Please help me to solve my problem.m
