A: Did you lower (angle down) the back rest? My issue is unfolding it, the brake lines get tangled around nobs and, make it difficult to open. Have even had brake line pulled out of handle by forceful helper

A: Hello, the wrist to floor height on this unit is 33 Inches (min) - 38 Inches (max). We recommend measuring that instead of actual height.

Spouse had previous steel version. They were out of stock so got the new version. Likes: Aluminum is lighter. Taller. Wider seat. Assembly easy. Dislike: seat cover has two positions, closed or open. The previous version the seat cover would stay at whatever level you left it at. So far, he likes it.

For bigger & taller people.
This is for a big & tall person, quite wide between handles. One side of brakes does not grip, too dangerous, moves when you stand up. If you are petite size i would opt for another smaller model. This one is like driving an 18 wheeler. Also the seat and back rest height are not adjustable, the back bar hits in middle of back and is not padded enough, too uncomfortable.

Great walker, poor quality control.
i have bought two of these for myself, different purchases. Great price. Great look. Very useful. Both walkers need brake cable adjustments and the bags that are below the seat need to be resown at the corners. They fall apart within months. If the company would better reinforce corners, it would not be a problem. Also received one walker with two left- handed pivot brackets so I can't use back rest. I will be placing a call to get this part.
