SAVE YOUR MONEY
So disappointed. I assembled this humidifier exactly as the instructions said and the humidifier detects that there is no water with a full 11L of water in the tank. The product is trash and a total waste of money. Customer service for DREO was not any help and said to just return the product to Target. Returning this junk product as soon as it dries out and can go back into the box. An absurd price for something that comes broken straight from the box. Others have reported the same problem with the product, this is just a very disappointing experience overall.

Does not work right out of the box. Assembled and filled following the instructions and indicator light and app state that water tank is empty when it is full. The apps troubleshooting is not even for the correct model and support was useless. I now have to disassemble, dry it out and package it back up to return. Waste of money, I would never buy this brand again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] this is my first time having an humidifier and this is my first time hearing about this brand. i actually love this humidifier and i love that it also comes with an app because remotes always get lost and being able to cut something off from the comfort of your bed is amazing lol. i also love all the features that are included and the tips. my favorite part is the tray for oils, so you can drop some lavender oil on the pad before pad! it is easy to put together and clean. i wish i can try their space heaters as well lol! i recommend this product!

Cracked immediately
Immediately after getting this the entire one side is cracked from top to bottom. it's never been dropped or hit or anything to cause any damages. We have filled the water one time. For $130 product I expect if to last longer.

Quit working after the first hour!
Quit working after an hr. Assembled correctly, filled with distilled water- ran fine initially, then just quit within the first hr. Red light illuminating. Was not due to low water or blocked tubing. Tried everything, but didn’t work. Now I need to disassemble the unit and repack to return. Also looks to be a complete pain to clean. Too many parts/tubing, etc. purchased due to high ratings, but was very disappointed. Will stick to the other brand I typically purchase.

Doesnt meet expectation
I like the sleek design and that it can do roughly 700 sqft. I’ve had it on for three night and it won’t even hit 60% humidity in my 400 sqft room with doors closed and heat on low. Disappointed as I had high hopes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Whether you need some moisture in the air due to a cold and dry environment in the winter, or just need some to help with sickness, this Smart Dreo humidifier will work great for you! It's got an insane capacity so you can leave it running for days and won't have to refill it. I was confused at first about the instructions saying to fill it from the top - do not do that. Just take the top portion off and fill the bottom reservoir with a pitcher of water. Takes a few trips but you don't have to do it often. The app works great too and it's nice to be able to change the settings when you're away from home or if you're laying in bed. Not to mention it comes with a remote too! Overall, this is a great humidifier for big rooms because it can pump out a ton of moisture and not need refilling for awhile.

I put it in the entryway to my bedroom that is also open to the kitchen, dining, and living room and I feel it works well for all of the space. It’s quiet and doesn’t make a mess. Holds a good bit of water so it doesn’t need to be refilled super often.

My humidifier won't acknowledge that there really is water in the tank. I tried from the day it was delivered to get help from Influenster support, but I have less than an hour to get my tasks done, and still haven't received a response, so this is all I can do. 2 stars for concept and design is what I can give.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product works just as they say, I didn't dust for a week, then dusted and let this run overnight, and no dust was on my tv stand(dust collector). It's sleek and quiet, the misting is my favorite, and cleaning is not so bad I haven't used all of the functions(Bluetooth) yet, but I'm pretty sure once I do, I'll love it more.

Adding moisture to the winter heat in my home
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Now that fall is here and the heat is coming back on this DERO 11L Smart Humidifier is going to be an added must in my home to help with the dry gas heat in my home and when we have a fire in the fireplace. This humidifier was super easy to put together and it holds a whopping 11 litters of water. This is Alexa enabled and it can be ran and monitored with the DERO app on your phone.
