I have been using Dr. Teal pure Epsom salt Soak for a couple of months. I have tried multiple varieties and I like to sleep soak the most. It contains melatonin, lavender and chamomile which are fantastic for pre Bed regime. You cant go wrong with any of them-they have energizing ones, calming ones, muscle pain relief ones, glow and radiance ones with vitamins and others.

I tried Dr Teal’s Pure Epsom Salt Soak, Stress Relief with Adaptogens & Essential Oil Blend for the first time and ended up using it twice during a trip. As a mom of four, especially on long road trips, I needed something to help me relax and relieve stress. Absolutely love this brand of Epson salt. Nothing better than adding it to a bath after a long day. Makes my skin feel so refreshed and also hydrated at the end. Not to mention it smells amazing.

I really love this line! Especially the bath soaks. This is great for after a long day. The Epsom salts dissolve easily in warm water. My muscles felt noticeably more relaxed and my skin felt softer within a few minutes of being in the tub. You get a huge resealable bag that lasts. It’s a great value. I have used this several times. It smells so good. It is packaged well. It is a life saver for me when my muscles are sore. I also do an occasional foot soak with it. I absolutely recommend it.

I looooove the frothy bath salt! This also smelled really nice. I have to admit that I like the other scents more. But this one is very energizing and a fresh clean one. I haven’t found another bath “soak” that nourished my skin like Dr teals brand. I always feel like I’ve been to an actual spa. The bath water looks so cool when added to my “blue” bath bubbles.

Smells amazing, a little bit goes a long way. Nice way to relax after a long stressful day. Dissolves quick enough so no gritty texture to be sitting on. Great value for the size bag you get. I def will be buying more to keep on hand for relaxation after busy days !

Low fragrance. Love the scent. Very coarse but dissolves easily. Packaging is resealable . Price was reasonable. Helped soothe my muscle aches and pains.
