I was skeptical at first but the very first day i took it, it just made me not hungry at all. i had no appetite or cravings. i would just drink black coffee and or water and im good al day until i get home for dinner and i would eat very light and im already full. when before the pills i would eat 3x a day and snacks here n there in between! im impressed and this is def highly recommended

Not Feeling A Difference
Not feeling like it has helped to block cravings, or speed up metabolism, I do sometimes feel like snacking but maybe want to eat less during meals, but don't think its fully effective.

I would say for me the pills do work, it’s nice that you can take them anytime of the day and not on a “schedule”. I have noticed I’ve been eating less, as well my cravings aren’t intense like they use to be. The only reason I’m giving it four stars is because I’ve noticed I started getting headaches.

Well, it’s working. I guess I started taking it three weeks ago and it didn’t work right away. This is the third week and I’m now starting to see that I’m not as hungry as I was before so I’m gonna give it some more time but for now that’s how I would respond to a review.
