Q: how often do you need to replace the bottles/nipples/parts?

A: There is no expiration or shelf life on our bottles. As long as the bottles and parts appear to be in good condition you can continue using them. We recommend replacing the nipples after approximately 2-3 months of use or if nipples show any signs of wear or damage, such as cracking or changing shape.

Q: Do these glass bottles fit on the Dr.Brown’s pump? To be able to pump straight into glass and lessen the amount of plastic being exposed to the milk?

A: The Dr. Brown's Options+ Narrow Glass Bottles will fit the pump without an adapter. However, we don't recommend using the glass bottles because they make the Collection Kits heavy and it may reduce the suction.

A: Dr. Brown’s bottles are rigorously and routinely tested by independent laboratories and meet all US and state regulatory requirements, including for lead detection. More notably, none of our bottles have been reported by these labs to contain any detectable amount of lead.

Constant leaks- Dr. Brown fix this issue!!
These bottles leak intermittently. Upon Google search you’ll find endless complaints about this from parents. And unfortunately all the tips and tricks - line up the circle with the stopper, don’t overfill, don’t overtighten… DOES NOT WORK. My baby has had feeding issues choking and gasping for air. I finally got her comfortable with Dr. Browns and now they are leaking all over her during her feedings. This is not acceptable Dr. Browns. Fix this issue !!!

Great Bottle, don’t recommend dishwasher
My son adjusted so well to Dr browns, and they helped with all his gas isssues. I had read multiple places that the glass bottles were dishwasher safe. Unfortunately, that was not the case for mine. After dishwashing, the writing and measurements have started fading and are barely able to be read at this point. I had originally wanted to save these for another baby (another reason i went with glass) but will need to start new since i cannot read the amounts.

leak every time
i bought these bottles for my newborn to avoid having colic. but they leak every time i use them and make it very difficult to measure the amount of milk she drinks accurately because so much is wasted. very disappointing.

No fuss is a must!
We love these bottles because there's no fuss, the straw and cap are at the center. We've tried other bottles where the parts still move around after being closed/capped. These bottles are easy to put together and clean, making feeding easier.

Love these bottles
We absolutely love these Dr. Brown’s glass bottles. I made the switch from the regular plastic version because I’ve been moving toward a more non-toxic approach in our kitchen—especially when it comes to items that come in contact with food and drinks. Reducing plastic and limiting microplastics has become a priority for our family, and these bottles were a great step in that direction. I’ll admit, using glass with little ones can be nerve-wracking, especially with the occasional accidental drop-- or intentional toss! But these bottles have been surprisingly sturdy. The glass is thick and feels very durable, and they’ve held up beautifully through daily dishwasher use.

Great quality
I absolutely love these bottles they are thick glass well made and durable. They wash super well. Easy to hold and clearly marked measurements. I recommend these bottles. I plan on buying more we go through a ton of bottles a day and I’ve only purchased Dr brown this time around for our twins. Their spit up is to a minimum and they don’t show any signs of discomfort after feeding.

Love the anti-colic feature
