All of our products go through strict quality checks to ensure that they dissolve perfectly every time, so we're sorry that wasn't your experience this time. We would like to share that in order for the scent beads to fully dissolve they should be added to the washing machine before the wash has started. The product wouldn’t get enough time in the water to dissolve if added afterwards. Another reason this may be happening is that the washing machine has too much clothing, as this will prevent the beads from being able to completely dissolve. Imcreadibly strong smell
FREAH scent. I used the old ones before they redid it - just in case some of the clothing needed a little boot to get a smell out . I typically like unscented so I only use it when necessary . They discontinued the one I liked so I tried this and it has an Incredibly strong smell-I’m now re-washing everyone’s laundry cause the whole family can’t stand how their clothes smell.
