Nice manly scent
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great smelling body wash for men, the scent isn’t overpowering and leaves skin feeling hydrated. The scent seems to last for several hours but without clashing with any colognes. I would recommend!

Great scent but not hydrating
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the Cabin Retreat scent. My husband ironically does not though. I have used it myself a few times because it's like an aromatherapy escape. The scent does not linger on my skin though. So, I can wear my usual perfume and feminine scents without it clashing. It lathers extremely well with a rag or loofah. So, a little goes a long way. But, it does not soften or hydrate in my opinion. My skin gets that tight and dry itchy feeling after showering. I absolutely have to put on lotion to make up for it. My husband said it's the same for him. If this body wash were significantly more hydrating it would be 5 stars. I really did expect more hydration since it's a wintery scent. Usually the air is drier and heaters are running during winter.

He doesn’t like many steps in his routine and this makes it perfect for him. I also tried this to test for hydration and I can say it was not drying at all. The scent lingered too!

I love that it’s a 2 in 1 as my husband neglects to wash his face sometimes. This lathers well and my husband loves it!

Wonderful smell

The wash lathers well and is a great way to keep your body feeling fresh. The smell lingers so you’ll smell wonderfully. I don’t have any irritation from using this. The soap is easy to rinse off. Over all, I like the consistency and the scent. This is a wonderful wash for me.

Coziness in a body/face wash

The product is easy to squeeze and distribute, lathering up easily and leaving no residue after a simple wash. The smell is divine;I usually love citrus scents and this has that classic fresh citrus scent, but blended with a warm, holiday element. I recommend this to anyone who likes a simple shower routine but still wants a holiday themed pick me up in the shower.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the Dove Face and Body Wash. I really liked the scent, it filled the shower with a very pleasant aroma. The scent only lasted a couple of hours before it was undetectable on the skin. I noticed that it lathers really well, creating many small microbubbles. The only thing that I didnt like was that they seemed to break up very easily and wash away quickly. It left my skin clean and fresh, without causing irritation.

It rinses of well,it doesn't leave any residue on your skin, and it doesn't leave his skin dry at all. You can also use it to wash your hair and it leaves your hair nice and soft. It leaves your body well hydrated and smooth.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the scent of this and I love it on my husband It's citrusy warm musky with a hint of vanilla and it just feels very comforting especially with the musk in there for the winter time Little spicy little warm but all dove. Did a really good job of washing his face and the back of his head where he usually breaks out he hasn't as well as just an easy flip top for dispensing in the shower.

Lathers Great, Smells OK.
Overall, this body wash is good. It's what you expect from Dove, I suppose. I don't usually buy or use Dove products but I was enticed by this limited edition scent. Unfortunately, the scent is still "basic male scent" the same scent found in almost every other male directed body care item.

It does smell good, just not anything special or unique. The wash does clean well and didnt irritate my skin, and the scent lingered for a couple hours.
