Q: Vegan, egg free & eat raw claims; however, the label says "egg whites." Please clarify for safety reasons..

A: This particular flavor does not claim to be vegan or egg free. I’ve seen many by this brand that do, but (unless I’m missing something) this flavor does not. It is dairy free (eggs are not dairy). The egg whites are part of the ‘marshmallow’ swirl element. Now I’d have to do more research, but usually the element of the marshmallow swirl would have been made separate then incorporated meaning the whites could have been appropriately heated for safety. Not sure if this helps, but I hope it does. And if I missed something in terms of the vegan claim, I apologize.

submitted byAnonymous - 5 months agoA: This company is sketchy. Online on THIS product it does say 100% plant based and under allergens it only says cashews. When you get it in person there is an after production sticker that says "egg" after cashew. There are eggs in this product.

Delicious both raw and baked!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This cookie dough was super good. We tried it first uncooked, mixed in with ice cream. 4 of us each took a little scoop. That was a huge hit for the whole family. The amount of chocolate chips in each bite was delicious! Then, we baked up the remaining dough. It made 7 small cookies. We ate them warm, fresh out of the oven and they were incredibly soft and tasty. We would totally buy this again!

Did not taste good, won’t buy again

She typically likes most gluten free options for dessert, but this was not it. It came out kind of sticky and greasy, and tasted very chewy. It was kind of hard to get down. I couldn’t taste the s’mores flavoring at all. You also don’t get very much in the container, so for me it was a little misleading. I received an incentive to write this review.

Delicious with only a spoon!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This edible cookie dough is delicious and made from a cashew base. You can eat it straight from the container with a spoon(which is what I did) or bake it into cookies. I’m sure the cookies would be great but it was too good to not eat with a spoon. The downsize is the container is only 6oz and was smaller than I expected especially silly given the price point. Overall great product but good be better value in the future. Yummy Straight Out Of The Cup

I actually put mine in the freezer for a bit and it gave an interesting ice cream type feel. I didn’t get a chance to cook any of the dough because it really isn’t a lot in it, but I would like to buy it and try cooking it to see what type of cookies are yielded from the cookie dough.
