It easily cinches down to the seat being utilized and provides a robust gel pad. I could certainly see using this for lunges and other exercises to protect my knee from the ground. Love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While this seat is officially too big for my bike I thought it would be smaller but it’s actually pretty big it does fit in my standard size word share want to give you an idea of how big this seat cover is so I’ve been using it at work I am to offer more support during my advising sessions tend to sit in the chair a lot I’m doing my appointments and I am it’s very very comfortable and it provides really great support my back does not hurt as much and I find that my legs don’t get us numb I’m sitting on this Gerald cushion seat. I’m still glad I have it even though I can’t put it on my bike is it worked extremely well for my desk chair

It was super easy to install on my bicycle and it’s very comfortable, it’s not too hard or too soft. No flattening whatsoever, has kept it's shape. The drawstring draws tight to make the cushion stay put and not move around. It makes riding so much more enjoyable.
