Comfort for me means longer play time with the kids and family. The standard seat on my bike is standard and hard plastic. After riding for a bit, i am in pain and must stop. I was really starting to struggle with any rides over 20 mins on my Peloton because my seat would start to hurt. I was finding myself shifting around trying to find a comfortable enough spot to finish the rides out (even with padded shorts). This cushion has helped soo much! This seat is almost an inch thick, it's 3/4 ". You can use this on your everyday bike or if you do spinning or indoor cycling, it's great for that too. The little gripping dots on the bottom, keep this seat in place and it also has a pull lever made out of nylon cord to make your seat secure and helps it stay in place, I love it!

It makes it a whole lot better to have this cushion on your bike seat then just having the seat. If you have this cushion then you will be able to ride longer because your butt won't go numb as fast and won't hurt you.
