Faulty Item
Wish I could give zero stars. I received the Jack figurine and it broke immediately upon normal handling, which strongly suggests it was defective. Despite explaining that it broke right away, I was told the item is not eligible for return. Absolutely would not recommend the this faulty item, very disappointing for myself and child.
