A: 1. Locate the battery cover on the back of product. 2. Using a Phillips Head screwdriver, remove the screw and battery cover. 3. Install new batteries. Requires 3 x “AA”(LR6/R6) 1.5V batteries (not included). 4. Replace the battery cover and the screw. Insert the batteries in the back of the kitchen. To turn on the kitchen, slide switch to the ON position. Turn off when not in use to conserve battery power.

Should’ve know it was used and returned when most of the pieces were unwrapped, damaged, dirty, and assembled. There was also blond hair, I’m brunette. I didn’t take pictures because I thought o was over thinking but I was right. Used and damaged. My daughter is in the ICU so I won’t be returning but very disappointed with this purchased.
