Cute dress but too wide and way, way too short

I ordered this 4t dress for a 3 year old (4 in 3 months). The cut of the dress is way too wide but we could work with that. The dress is way too short. She will have to wear shorts or leggings under it just to make sure her underwear does not show. Very disappointed
