Too small and cheaply made

I ordered a 4t for my 3 year old and it’s too small! It fits my baby who’s currently wearing 18-24 month clothing. I’m confused about the sizing. The quality is thin. I just like the print but it’s cheaply made. Don’t recommend for the price

Very cute -size up!

Super cute. I did size up for my 17 month old and bought a 2T because Disney clothes from Target tend to run small. I probably could have even went up 2 sizes if I wanted to since it shrunk a little in the wash. Overall-Love this outfit.
